Getting grounded reveals your truth. When you are grounded you are not subject to the whims and agendas of those around you.
Try this:
Sit on a big rock, feet flat on the ground and imagine that the power of the earth from this rock is grounding you securely. Imagine everyone else's ideas, agendas, and issues are released from you into the rock. You don't have to carry their plans around and you are free to access your own truth.
Find a nearby rock and do this on your lunch break.

Stillness
Wisdom comes from stillness.
With stillness, you can hear your own truth and tap into the infinite source of wisdom that is always available to you.
With stillness, you create the buffer from the demands of the world.
With stillness, you can make your own choices in clarity.
Find stillness every day.

Follow Your Instinct
Follow your instinct. All the truth you will ever need is inside you already and it can be found by following your instinct. Your instinct always tells the truth.
That's all.
That's all.

Mirror, Mirror
We all mirror each other constantly. Think of a time when you were in a good mood and encountered someone, at work possibly, who was in a lousy temper. What happened? Chances are that your mood shifted. Maybe a lot and you became grumpy or maybe just a little and you felt a tinge of irritation for the rest of the day. Perhaps it went the other way and your pleasant mood rubbed off onto the grouch.
This is called "The Mirror Effect" and is part of our natural clairvoyant ability to read other people's mood. Sure sometimes it is obvious, but other times it is subtle and wordless. We may not even be aware that we are picking up on someone else's mood and making slight changes in ourself to accommodate for that.
Pay attention to it next time it starts to happen. When you see Grumpy coming, recognize it immediately and in this way you will become less inclined to mirror that bad mood. In fact, you can become the agent for change as you set your intention to be the brightness that others mirror. It could make the day go a whole lot smoother.

What is Clairvoyance?
A lot of people get nervous when they see the word "clairvoyant". I did! Images of fortune tellers and gypsies jump into the imagination. But true clairvoyance is not a gimmick or a magic trick. True clairvoyance is the ability all humans have to know something or to perceive something without necessarily being able to pin-point exactly how or why it is known.
Our language is filled with clairvoyant implications: "I knew that was going to happen!" or "I could have told you that" or "I saw that coming." Even the phrase, "I never saw that coming" implies a clairvoyant ability. These common phrases point towards a knowing or perception that is not always easy to describe, but is always there. Distraction and Procrastination
There is something you should be doing right now. You know how much better you will feel after you have completed the task that is calling you. Maybe it is paying your bills, exercising or getting a project done. Perhaps your daily meditation - since that is what I always implore you to do.
Ah, yes, there is resistance - I feel it myself. That thought of "Hmm, what else needs to be done right now?" It is easy to become distracted during a stretch of procrastination. But you know you will be glad if you do it. You know you will be rewarded with satisfaction and peace once you have simply done your daily meditation.
So do it now, and tomorrow you can get up a bit earlier and have it done first thing in the morning. You will be glad of it.

Notice What You Notice
When you walk into a room full of people,
what is the first thing you notice?
The exit? The entertainment? The food?
The loudest person in the room? The quietest?
Next time you walk into a room full of people,
notice what it is that you notice.
Pay attention to what you are paying attention to.
Observe yourself observing.
All around you, every day,
you have many opportunities to increase your awareness.
And awareness is key to utilizing your clairvoyance.
